My day in Paris
Traveling on the Eurostar at high speed we are whisked from London to the centre of Paris in just 2 hours 15 minutes. Today we are on a daytrip with Premium tours. Our group meets at the entrance of the famous Gare Du Nord station and I runoff to quickly buy a copy of Vogue Paris. Our coach then takes us on a panoramic tour of all the sights and then to our first stop. Obviously no trip to Paris would be complete without a trip to the Eiffel tower, luckily we have fastrack tickets which means we don't have to queue too long to take our lift to the viewing level to see some of the best views of Paris.
Next stop is for lunch on the bateaux Parisiens, sailing along the river Seine listening to live singing and eating delicious food washed down with plenty of champagne.
After lunch our coach takes us to the magnificent Louvre museum, next time I will go to see the Mona Lisa but today I want to do some shopping. if you are looking for souvenirs and trinkets then Rue de Rivoli is perfect. Inside the Louvre the shopping mall is the place for designer handbags, perfume, Art and the finest French Chocolates. Next its time to take photos in font of the arc du triomphe and the pyramide du Louvre.
There is just time to stock up on Macarons at Mcdonalds café before its time to board the coach back to the Gare du Nord.
